Remote camera configuration without nvr?

Welcome. I have a preview for the cameras via HIK CONNECT and on the PC and on the app on the android. Is it possible to configure the camera remotely from a PC level without a recorder? I care about changing the frame rate settings / sec and turning off the IR. unfortunately, I'm away from the camera up to 150km so only the remote setting is at stake. How can you log in to it. Does IVMS4200 give this option?
 
It will still work, you don't need an NVR. I used it in my example because it's all I had to demonstrate with. Try the instructions above with iVMS. Keep us posted.

I want to point out that the recorder I have in a completely different place can be entered into the configuration. However, for the camera itself without a recorder, it crashes just like I just sent a picture of login failed
 
Firmware up to date?
Might be an issue with blocked ports. I'll separate one of my cameras and get back to you.
 
Yes to the peasant sense ... To log into the camera I have to enter login and password but in ivms4200 I do not even see the option to enter this data
