Remote access not working on SmartPSSLite after camera reset

HI All

We have a remote PTZ6C4G-45X camera running off a cell router through a POE switch (ie no NVR). Worked great, it's a really nice camera.

Moved it to a new location with a new cable that was miswired, couldn't access it so reset it and reinitialized it before discovering it was the cable that was the problem.

Fixed the cable, but since the pushbutton reset, SmartPSSLite remote access doesn't work. I'm not sure what to reconfigure to get it working again. Remote access still works with the DMSS app.

Now the camera is found by SmartPSSLite only when I'm on the local network, not when trying remote internet access (error when on remote internet access is "Can't find Network Host").
When accessing Smart PSS Lite "Devices" locally, it shows the camera setup with: correct local IP, on Port 37777, has channels 1/0/7/2 and has correct serial number and password.

Oddly, as well, the camera live view image is not there when I access the camera via the IP Interface from the local network with either Edge or Chrome (just a blurry yellowish screen image).

When I reinitialized it with the Config Tool, I was just connected direct to my laptop temporarily on the same IP range, i.e. not on the internet nor on my home subnet since the cell router has a different IP range than the default camera. During initialization, I think I saw something about Easy4IP setup and UPnP but I didn't know what those were about. Looking back at the camera network settings, UPnP isn't enabled.

The Config Tool Details page reports that the camera has the "Gateway" set to the IP address of the Cell modem router which I think is the correct thing to set it to. The camera image appears in the Config Tool image section.

Thanks if you have any suggestions - still learning about a lot of this stuff bit by bit!
