Regarding UI Background Color..

Hello, just installed the latest BlueIris 6.0.1.27 software application. Is there an option to view this app in light mode?

The title menu bar, side bar, lower bottom informational bar.

The dark mode is a little too much on my strained eyes..

What You Can Adjust


While you can’t switch to a full light theme, you can modify:

• UI3 (web interface) themes — UI3 supports multiple color themes and custom CSS.
• Camera layout colors — Some elements (grid lines, overlays) can be adjusted.
• Windows-level color settings — Blue Iris respects some OS‑level contrast and accent color settings.

What You Cannot Change (Yet)

• No official light mode for the desktop console.
• No full custom theme editor for the main UI.
• No per‑element color customization beyond the early palette work in v6.
