Question About BI in different locations (how to view in different locations)

so i think that may be where the problem is
when i put the same thing in IP address at the computer i want to view the UI3 in, i get "this site can't be reached
so id assume that it would then show up on zerotier, and i have to authorize it, but nothing additional shows up on zerotier

should the zerotier address be the same as the BI machine?
