Push Notification iDMSS works, but playback of the event fails

Hey Guys, I have a setup with a hdbw4431 with IVS tripwire setup. Which works just fine. The push notification notifies mij iPhone when the tripwire is passed. But when clicking on the notification, I can not watch the event. The app then says "Afspelen mislukt" (its dutch and means "playback failed"). This is both on the "film tab" and the "picture tab". Live view in the main app works fine. Does anyone know what the problem (/solution) might be? Thanks!
