PTZ5A4M-25X IVS Issues

I'm following Andy's IVS tripwire demo on YouTube but on my GUI a lot of the options aren't available such as tracking duration and auto tracking, What am I doing wrong?

Camera says its firmware is up to day.

I suspect you are not using Internet Explorer, yeah we know but it is still available.

Ahhh, that did the trick never had that issue with my other cams. The plug-in made windows defender freak out seemed kinda sketchy, but it works now. Thanks man! The camera seems gnarly

I was having the exact same problem with my camera. I climbed up on the ladder and did a factory reset of the PTZ, and that solved all the issues. I have since installed the latest beta animal software (build date: 3/17/25) from Andy, and it has been working great. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like using the Chrome browser on my Macintosh. I also checked to see if the screen looked different on my PC with Explorer, but it looks the same. Try a reset; it worked for me.

As a matter of setting up a camera, I have made it a habit to always factory reset it before I do anything. Seems like too many wonky things are happening to people with a new cam that a factory reset fixes. Especially if Amazon sends you a return as a new!
