ptz4e25x-t180 can't add PTZ work on BI

Hey guys

I have a customer who bought this ptz, they have both the dual lense and the detail/zoom feeds working in blue iris but they Cannot get the PTZ to work using any of the Dahua options or the onvif option.

this after modifying the channel to 2 in order to get the detail/zoom camera. I am wondering if there is some special config since this is a 2xphysical cameras camera and the PTZ is on the second channel. maybe?
