PTZ tracking and Auto-Zoom PTZ425DB-AT

Good morning. I just got a PTZ425DB-AT. I have set up IVS on my Preset 1 and am leaving the camera in one position until I can get all the settings sorted. While the camera does auto-track, kind of? it never zooms in on any object it is tracking. Is this a feature not supported? Or is there an auto-zoom setting I have turned off or something? This seems like a simple fix, but I just can't find it.

They hid it. Start out at about 30-40 and watch it for a few days. Too much and it will zoom too tight and lose the target

Oh dang, I was thinking of that setting backwards, I had set it at 10 thinking it would detect the smallest object, not the ratio of the object to the screen. Thanks for your help.
