PTZ SD5A425XA-HNR

Trying to add Ptz cam SD5A425XA-HNR I got from Andy to my BI computer. Was using it on Lorex N881A6 NVR with 9 other cams. Still using my NVR but hooked this ptz through a 16 channel poe switch. Plan on putting all cams on switch and use BI and the nvr. Tested some of the other cams through the switch, accessed them through 198.168.xx address. Was able to add them no problem. When I try doing the same thing with the ptz cam, BI can't find it's ip address. On the lorex nvr it has a 10.1.1.xx address. Was told this cam has auto tracking and smd but have to activate through it's web GUI. Thanks for any help
