I have a new generic camera (GUDFIDELIO W84-52PHM-S/W/BT) that seems to stream fine using RTSP, /live/0/main and /live/0/sub. However, I can't get PTZ to work in BI only. It works in the camera's app HiEasy. It also works in ODM without modification, URI . Open ports according to NMAP are 80, 554, 6066, 6060. In BI I've tried the Network IP of ONVIF (OXML) with default port and with use another port of all those listed. Also tried Pelco-D. Nothing I tried seems to give me PTZ motion. Anything else I might try? Thanks.

When you go to add the camera to Blue Iris, you input the IP address, username, and password.
Does BI actually find it?

oh...so it is the PTZ controls in BI that do not work.
I had same issue with another generic PTZ camera. Controls were funky. Tried different protocols but no go.

Hello,
I just received the GUDFIDELIO W84-52PHM-S/W/BT.
I have an NVR that can find the camera, but it gives just the 1 IP address.
I have tried various single-use, multi-lens 'adds' to the NVR; none take.
The phone app says you have to turn on the ONVIF from a PC web-browser, but I cannot get access to the IP address (codes 404 & 500).
The RTSP works only with the main IP address (PTZ), I have tried many sub lens /3 or /stream3; none changed the PTZ view.
No, my zoom & pan control did not work either.
Did you have these issues? Any ideas?

Are you asking about using the camera in your hardware "NVR" or with the BlueIris NVR Software?

The device has only one IP address but each camera is separately addressable. In BI, the PT camera is setup as rtsp:/<IP address>:554/live/0/main with the Sub camera as /live/0/sub. The other cameras are setup with sequential numbering 1 to 3, so the next camera is rtsp:/<IP address>:554/live/1/main. There's no built-in web server so any setting has to be configured through the HiEasy app. "The phone app says you have to turn on the ONVIF from a PC web-browser"; I've not seen this.
