PTZ Not Working

Just hooked up a new PTZ. Brand is Tyco Illustra:

I added it to BI using the Generic/Onvif option and it shows up just fine. But under the PTZ tab, I can't find an option that works. I've tried Illustra, Onvif, pelco, dahua, hik, etc and none work. PTZ works fine through the camera's web interface.

Any ideas on how to figure out which PTZ option to use other than just going through the list and seeing which one works eventually?

You can contact Blue Iris support, and tell them your issue, and the author can connect to the camera remotely and determine what protocol that cam use's, and add it to Blue Iris
