PTZ controls of one of my Dahua PTZ cams does not work in BI.

My PTZ controls of one of my Dahua PTZ cams does not work in BI.
I had to rebuild my pc and before I did the camera PTZ controls did work in BI.
I also tried the PTZ controls connecting directly to the we access of the camera and PTZ controls are working fine.
Before (the rebuild) I'm sure the PTZ controls in BI worked when I did a Find/Inspect and accepted the setting. I did notice the ONVIF port was different as my other Dahua PTZ so I put it to 80 but no improvements.
I did go through all the common PTZ sections in the Help but no luck.

Any hints?

What model of camera? I had one that I had issues with PTZ settings as well and changed the video settings from generic to Dahua and one of the Dahua options to get the PTZ settings to work.

Its the SD59225U-HNI. I did try changing it to Dahua but didn't get it to work.
