PTZ controls of one of my Dahua PTZ cams does not work in BI.

Hi, my PTZ controls of one of my Dahua PTZ cams does not work in BI.
I had to rebuild my pc and before I did the camera PTZ controls did work in BI.
I also tried the PTZ controls connecting directly to the we access of the camera and PTZ controls are working fine.

Any hints?

You've posted in the mobile app for Windows section for BI:
Does that mean it won't work from the BI app or when in BI on the PC?

If on the app, is the user configured to access PTZ?

On your BI server, have you tried BI 'Help' (the ?), searching for "PTZ" ?
 
Ah sorry, it is the BI Server not the Mobile App. Will try to correct.
Yes, I tried many things including comparing setting from my other Dahua PTZ and reading through the Help in BI.
I perform a Find/inspect, I checked the Discovery/ONVIF port (80) etc.
The PTZ controls are there they just don't work.
 
Can you post a screenshot from camera 'properties', the 'PTZ/Control' tab?
 
Have you tried the 'Dahua/Q-See RTSP' pulldown in the 'PTZ settings' instead of using 'ONVIF/OXML' ?
 
That path line in the video settings doesn`t look normal for RTSP, usually it would be something like
/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif
 
+1 to what @Terk said ^^^. On 'Video' configure page, did you enter IP, user/pass and click on 'Find/inspect' ?
