I have a new AndyCam PTZ425DB-AT. Looking at it in SmartPSS, it did not respond to several move attempts. All of a sudden it responded and kept the camera circling nonstop. I rebooted the camera and when it came back up, it kept turning. I unplugged and it still kept turning finally I unplugged longer and when it kept turning on reboot, I stopped SmartPSS. I checked the camera locally and it was not turning. Restarted SmartPSS and all is good. I have never seen SmartPSS act like this. It is a local camera.

I had that happen often on older versions of SmartPSS. It’s the software not the camera.
