PTZ call to zone and tracking problems

I have a PTZ5A4M-25 and two spotter B54IT-Z4E-S3 (north & south). I have the PTZ on preset 1 to view my street to the north. I have it configured to be called to preset 2 (south) when the south spotter cam is triggered. However when the PTZ is tracking someone walking from north to south, once the object triggers the south spotter cam, the PTZ tracking is overridden and go to its preset 2.

It may not be possible, but is there a way to prevent it from being called to the south zone when actively tracking?

Since you posted in the BI thread, I assume you mean with BI and yes it is possible, unless you do want that other PTZ LOL

Select the "Delay with motion sense" option




If that doesn't work, depending on your BI version, you may have to also select "Skip alerts when this preset is active"

Sorry, did not see the BI reference.
I found something BI can do that would be helpful I can't do with an NVR
