If Mark Kelly wasn't a retired Navy Captain (Colonel in other branches) I would just chalk it up to liberal stupidity. But these retiree's, no matter the rank, should know better. Don't GAF if it is against this current administration or another, for military matters, they need to STFU and do their jobs. Holding them accountable is the RIGHT THING TO DO. Military men and women know what is legal and illegal to do...especially these days. This has absolutely nothing to do with free speech or the 1st Amendment.
