Just Google any of them and take a virtual drive down some of streets OFF the main drag where the governmantal offices, lawyers, financial business, medical buildings and "upscale" districts are located.

It'll wind up being a 24/7 merry-go round for the homeless, subtance-addicted and mentally unstable. This will especially be the case in the cold, winter months. People that are NOT part of the aforementioned type that are riding the bus to work, shop, doctor appointment, etc. that have no alternative means will be the most affected negatively, IMO. Those that can afford to seek other means will do so. They have paid their taxes but will reap none of the benefits.

Half that budget is for expensive, specialized hazmat-style procedures (to protect employees doing the cleaning) for cleaning up puke, pooh and piss and its proper disposal and premises disinfection to protect ALL people riding the bus.

Service quality will increase, creating more demand - a righteous circle
Unions will be obsolete because it's so wonderful

How about a bike... Lived here for 60 years spent lots of time riding around the rest of the country... decay is decay and graffiti is graffiti... IMO not all imbeciles live in blue cities/states...
