today we get a price adjustment notice from the factory.

Thank you for your long-term trust and support! Since the beginning of this year, the global supply chain has continued to fluctuate. The explosive growth in AI demand has had a significant impact on the allocation of industry resources. The supply of high-end components (such as high-bandwidth storage chips and high-end PCBs) has gradually shifted towards the AI field, leading to multiple challenges for the security industry, including resource squeeze, rising costs, and extended delivery cycles.
Driven by the US dollar interest rate cut cycle, the prices of commodities such as Metallic Materials have continued to rise, further increasing overall manufacturing costs. Currently, price fluctuations in storage chips and basic raw materials have been widely transmitted to the entire security industry chain. We have also noticed that several security product manufacturers have recently issued notices of price adjustments. Facing continued cost pressures, we actively responded in the 2025 through supply chain optimization and production efficiency improvements, striving to absorb some costs internally. However, the current overall cost increase has exceeded the company's internal capacity to absorb it. To continue providing high-quality and stable products and services, we have to make appropriate adjustments to the prices of some products. Based on the current market supply situation, we do not rule out further price adjustments for some products in the future.
This price adjustment comprehensively considers the increase in raw material prices, supply difficulties, and other factors, striving to minimize the impact on our partners. For specific product models and latest prices, please refer to the official price list provided. This price adjustment is a last resort, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

So we are at a very bad situation for the cost increase, in order to support our partners , customers and IPCT Community, we will not do the adjustment right now and will use the new price for all the new orders(
All cameras, NVRs, POE switches, Doorbells.) from Feb.15th. Different products have different increases, but will be at least 15%.

Can sell the old HDD, or SD card on ebay. Price is going really crazy everyday.
