Problem poe switch to modem ??

Hi
Ive been running 2 Hikvision camera s via aTP link poe switch for the last 10 months no problems but now the camera s have gone down and I loose Internet Server access . If I disconnect the poe switch I regain server access , thinking it was the poe switch I decided to replace it but the same problems still remains.
So does this appear to be a modem problem ? Its not a very old modem TP link 600 .
If I connect the poe switch cable to the modem the modem lights flicker like crazy like there s a problem.

Any clues ?

Turns out I changed from apple imac to pc and it appears it was that .
Installed the hikvison tools etc and got it working again , I also noticed both cameras had the same ip address so changed that all good BUT Ive noticed 1 camera after 1 week or more went back to the same ip address as the other causing it not to work Ive now changed it again and its working any idea why it would change back on its own ??
