problem in playback on iVMS-4200

hi
i have DS-7208HGHI-SH with 5 cameras attached to it
and i installed iVMS-4200

the first problem is that iVMS-4200 can only see 4 of the cameras

and i can't playback any of the cameras

note that if i set TOOLS -> SYSTEM CONFIG -> LIVE VIDEO AND PLAYBACK -> SEARCH VIDEO FILE IN -> STORAGE SERVER
the program shows an error that there is nothing to playback

but when i set it to TOOLS -> SYSTEM CONFIG -> LIVE VIDEO AND PLAYBACK -> SEARCH VIDEO FILE IN -> DEVICE
It shows me the second pic with the error appeared
