I wanted to know if it is possible with the Web UI or with Chrome plugins to pop out a bunch of camera streams as separate browser windows or pop ups so I could rearrange them on the screen in the way I want outside of the main web UI interface?
Nope, sorry. You could try but you'd have a crapload of space wasted by title bars and browser toolbars and you'd overload Blue Iris pretty badly with all the streams you'd be forcing it to encode for you.
