DS-2CDVT-FZCMPTN-S (Custom OEM Model)
I prepared an update for the DS-2CD7A series, and it works, but it doesn't support English.
All the firmware I received were written in European and CIS languages only.
The hardware platform is H3.
I need multilingual support for the H3 platform, which supports Korean.
The original supplier has discontinued operations, and Hikvision's official support team refuses to help.
