The huge CPU and GPU usage spike is concerning. I don't think AI could be causing that because AI analytics happen in a different process than Blue Iris, so the elevated usage would not be attributed to Blue Iris in task manager.
The Stats for nerds display is also very puzzling. The graphs seem to indicate that UI3 is having a decoder issue, but also maybe a network issue too ... it doesn't look good. The FPS is very low and the delays are all growing enough to be concerning. Try opening UI3's settings in its main menu, go to the Video Player section, and change the H.264 player to "JavaScript". You could also choose "WebCodecs" if it is an option, but most web browsers require the page to be served via HTTPS before WebCodecs is available.
