I can understand why you’re concerned, especially with your wife working in an ER. There was a lot of uncertainty and conflicting information early on, so it made sense to rely on official health agencies rather than rumors. Preparing sensibly with basic supplies and staying informed is reasonable, but panic buying and spreading unverified information can make the situation worse. Hopefully, the precautions being taken will keep the outbreak under control.

Give it another 5 years and the only way you’ll know you’re talking to a human will be if you can physically shake it’s hand and kick it in the groin.
