open http port

How can I open port 80? I need to communication throught onvif protocol? Camera is IPC-A22. It haven't web interface and open port are 554,5000,37777. Firmware is 2.421.0000000.13.R

The web interface, specifically the page shown in my attachment, is how to configure which port the camera listens for HTTP web interface connections on. If your camera isn't responding to your web interface browser requests at port 80, then it might be set to a different port. And if you don't know that port you are probably best off doing a factory reset of the camera by pressing the reset button on the camera.

If you're speaking of problems with port 80 WAN access, it would be a start to determine if your firewall or your ISP is blocking access to port 80.

Opening ports for WAN access is bad practice; have a read of this topic for best practice...

Indeed if you open an IP camera's web server to the internet on port 80 and it has any cybersecurity problems at all, you can expect it to be hacked within days.
