Oops wrong interface, too costly to convert?

I got a DS-2CE56C5T on sale for 40 bucks, of course I didn't see that it was not IP and was instead HDTVI. I cannot return it so that leaves me with the camera. Is is possible to convert the signal to IP for use with Blueiris without paying +2 x the cost of the camera? I think I have a paper weight... :/
