One way audio not wroking - iVMS-4200 camera 2420F

Hi,
I am using camera Hikvision DS-2CD2420F-IW (2.8mm) with iVMS-4200.

I have iVMS on two computers and both have installed same 6 same cameras DS-2CD2420F-IW.

On one computer everything work fine, one second one two way audio is working fine but if I click just to enable audio it writes an error> Failed to open sound. Error Code PlayCtrl.dll[2]

Should I set something in iVMS? Or is there another problem?

First of all enable audio&video stream option under camera configuration
1.open the camera in web browser and select configuration-->video&audio-->change stream type from video to video and audio
2.after this getting done, open ivms-4200 go to main view-->right click on the camera live image-->there you can find start two way audio option-->now the audio ill be getting
