is your camera set to h.264+/5+, the plus is propriety and will not work right

They aren't set to plus. When reviewing the clip, it plays fine for a period of time and then shows this.

I'm running LTS cams which are essentially Hikvision. What video driver update are you referring to? Thanks!

The video driver on your BlueIris pc. I had this rainbow effect and updating to the latest driver cured mine. BTW this only occurred on my Hikvision cam
