NVR8CH-8P-2AI-S2 Freezes Playback

New to the forum but have had experience with Montavue systems for almost 10 years.

New install and setup.
1 Seagate Barracuda 6TB Internal Hard Drive HDD – 3.5 Inch SATA 6 Gb/s 5400 RPM 256MB Cache (ST6000DM003)
1 WizSense NVR NVR8CH-8P-2AI-S2
3 Turret Camera 4k IPC-T58PRO-ZE
1 Dual-Lens Camera 2k/2k IPC-PDW4K-T180

I cannot play any recorded video streams. Picking General Video and just 1 camera it will freeze the screen when I am just trying to play back a video Main Stream. I have updated the NVR8CH-8P-2AI-S2 to the latest firmware. Still fails to allow any use of the playback. I am using the local NVR login and not using the DMSS app. I have the cameras set to their default and the NVR was set to default. I formatted the hard drive again and ran the disk check. No Errors. I cannot view any recorded video. If you can provide me help getting the play back working.
 
First thing I would check is the Seagate Barracuda HD. Which I understand is not recommended for a NVR surveillance drive. Have you a proper surveillance drive you could swap as a test?

I had 2 different Seagate Skyhawk AI 12TB drives they both were DOA. Not sure I want to try a 3rd right now. I had this 6TB drive sitting around and installed it until I figure out the hard drive issues with the seller.

I noticed in Disk Manager the Free Space/Total Space is 5.27 TB/ 5.38 TB and NEVER changes. I would think it should as the cameras recording fill up the hard drive which is set to Overwrite.
