NVR5216-4KS2 choppy audio during playback?

When I play my video back its choppy sounding instead of smooth. I have disabled noise cancellation (I believe that's what it was called) under each camera in the camera's UI. So I was wondering if maybe I have my audio settings wrong or something? I have my audio encode on G.711A Sampling Rate 32K. Or is there a setting to adjust playback audio quality??

Any Suggestions?
