Guys, I have a problem with the DMSS app. In the events tab, the clips don’t appear from IVS but they are visible on the playback timeline. In the NVR I can see everything (IVS, MD, SMD ...)

NVR 5208-8P-EI
IPC-HFW3649T1-AS-PV-PRO

Recording on all channels on
Pre recording time set on 10sek
IVS rule is on including recording and channel selected.

Firmware upgraded to the newest version on NVR and cameras.

Seme issue occurs on Iphone and Android.


Have couple sets of Dahua CCTV and rest of them working fine.

Any ideas ?

So you aren’t getting a push notification (that’s what those are in the Events tab) for every single IVS activation for that one camera …..but you get these for every single IVS activation on other cameras in the same NVR?

Hi bigredfish. I will try to be precise. I am not talking about push notifications. I do get notifications from my different NVRs. The problem that you can open live view tab, playback tab but event tab has no recorded clips. Doesn't matter what option I will choose. Locally on the nvr you can see all clips.

So no recordings are shown at all for the camera/channel?

Is your login to the NVR an admin or user? There's options for user accounts to have playback disabled.

Exactly what I said

My events tab doesnt show clips of every single IVS activation either.
That tab show clips only for push notifications when they are properly setup in multichannel alarms
