nvr not recording 1 hour every day

every single day i have a gap in recordings of around 1 hour. quite annoying.
anyone know what is happening here?
no DST set, NTP is ticked for time update, latest firmware and a gap in recordings

Not familiar with the " intelligent" schedule feature. can you try turning that feature off for 24 hours and see what happens?
Your not " auto rebooting " the NVR every 24hrs are you?

ok, not rebooting that i know of

nothing i have changed to far has fixed the issue.
