NVR Decoding power advice.

I am currently running two Hikvision ds-7716NI-i4/16p(b) at multiple locations. At 16 cameras each, they will only process at 1080p. My client wants to upgrade to all 32 cameras recording/decoding at 8.3MP(4k)(15-30fps).
Is there even an NVR out there that can do that?
I know I can get Four 8.3MP(4k) on the DS-7716NI-I4/16p(b).
Would I have to break them up into 8 NVR per site??

I know many of the higher end Dahua WizSense and WizMind NVRs will do 10-channel 8 MP@30 fps

I'm not sure but I would think reducing to 15fps you may gain a bit more?

Keep in mind; decoding resolution is what it can display in live view and playback.
The incoming and outgoing bandwidth are your limits for camera resolution. All cameras need to be within the incoming bandwidth data rate.

I just assumed he was talking about displaying live feed on monitors ?
