I have a NVR616H, previously upgraded from a NVR58xx series. I have noticed that when I set some cameras to do a "tour" as a response to IVS being triggered, where the tour displays the camera on full screen, that some cameras seem to get stuck on full screen tour for the camera and never revert back to the regular display of on screen cameras. Regardless if it is the camera itself that is doing the triggering, or another camera that would trigger the event and tour the desired camera.
I cannot make sense of why it works on some cameras, and not with others, even if the cameras are of like model and firmware.
It does not appear to matter if the IVS rule is a tripwire or intrusion.
It does not appear to matter if the camera is showing on the regular main screen display either.
As an example, I've got cameras 1, 2, 4, and 8. 4 and 8 has no problem reverting back, but cameras 1 and 2 just get stuck on full screen after the tour is triggered for them. All of thes cameras are of the same cameras and same firmware.
Does anyone have any insight as to how this can be remedied?
