Not authenticating student faces

Here, Boys hostel face recognition shows online but still it doesn't recognizes the faces, It shows authentication failed when students are trying for their attendance. Could you please explain me the error message which is showing here . Please reply back as soon as possible.

You need to show us Access Groups, device authorization mode, Permissions.

Are you authorizing locally over device or platform based authorization?

And also, if you are using new hik central ACS 2.1.X, make sure to use firmware that came out after software

The authentication failure could be related to the access group or authorization mode, so I would check those first as suggested above. Also confirm the terminal firmware matches the HikCentral ACS version you are running, especially if the software was recently updated. A screenshot of the access group, permissions, and authorization settings would help narrow it down.
