Camera is in excellent condition (never ran it in survey mode, just manually positioned very rarely to focus on parts of pond animals were getting into.
Does full start up (all the motions to set up position encoders) but stopped communicating on Ethernet.
Has original power supply.

The issue is the ethernet communication is non-working. Not sure of the issue, but pressing camera reset switch has no effect.
Has been working with my Blue Iris system until two days ago.
Will include the ethernet address, account and password last used with camera when in my Blue Iris set up.
Could control the PTZ motions with Blue iris, but didn't get much past that when working with it. I did get it to track/zoom using Dahua S/W. But didn't understand how to do it via Blue Iris.

Do not have any manuals. I think support was changed for this camera due to privacy concerns with hi-tech Chinese products.
Not sure if fixable, but VERY HIGH quality construction.
