Newbie question, US S/N & FW version

good evening,

How does one determine if an HIK camera purchased thru Amazon is a 'hacked' version for US distribution? I recently purchased anDS-2CD2342WD-I 4MP thru an Amazon seller called Hypercarinc. I have attached images of the box and the firmware reported.

Generally if your box is red and white colored and there is no CH or CC (i dont remember which) in the serial number, you're good. Looks to me like you have the English version.

Looks fine from the label and the serial number.
Now the real test is to download the 5.4.4 firmware (which you probably want to do anyway since it has some bug fixes).
