New issue : BI on phone showing alert but can’t see video

I’m having a problem where if I am connected to Wi-Fi everything works properly, but when I leave, I am still getting alerts but I cannot log into the cameras to see them

Sometimes it starts to work again after a random time as soon as I get back onto Wi-Fi, I have no issues

this is so random lol
so always under wifi, or even if im off wifi and just at the location - camera's work without issue

as soon as i leave they dont work for a little bit (makes sense as your outside network), then its 100% random, ill continue to get alerts that i have a warning, but without the little picture, when i click on it, it loads the server, but cameras alerts keep loading loading loading
then randomly .. could be 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, hour later, everything works fine, i get alerts with pictures and can open normally
i tried unauth/auth phone on zerotier, tried restarting phone, restarting BI,
anyone have this issue?
