"New" folder is set to 6T and is now 7.27T not clearing

How often does BI check the folders to delete based on usage? My BI is not clearing out the folder.

every 5 minuets...make sure you leave extra space....also note that if you have long combine and cut times it can affect when its moved.

My combine and cut is 4gb and 8hrs, I've never checked so I assume this is the default setting.

I also have this warning which I'm trying to figure out.

I'm aware that it is an overallocation, not sure what contributes to its calculating that. All my recording folders (new/stored/alerts) are 5850gb total with a 8tb drive (7.27tb) usable. The only data stored on this drive are the blue iris folders. Now it shows -4.36TB in red.
 
Repatr the database first.

Woot! the DB repair has fixed most if not all the issues. Will keep an eye out on usage, thank you all!
