Nice work y’all. We are building a new house starting soon and pulling about 60 cables with a fair size system and rack planed, all UniFi gear.

Nah, she is ok with it. It's up high and doesn't take up any real usable room in the closet.

Keep in mind, if you use the "finger" plate in a ceiling that leads to your attic, it will not stop air from moving from inside to outside, and vice versa.

Right on.. the floor of the second floor is above, so no attic space.
