My support ends 8/10/26, would prefer it not elapse. For some reason my "auto renew" button is greyed out.

any assistance would be appreciated.

Are you certain you are not already signed up for auto renewal, that's usually why the auto new is greyed out.
If that's the case, you don't need to do anything.

If you didn't follow the steps as outlined in the Help file, it may have gone to spam.

Further, multiple emails puts you back at the bottom.
