Need three more PCs

I'm looking for three more PCs. One for a Blue Iris installation for my mother's house. This will probably be 8 cameras to start, but could be expanded as needed.

Two will be for use as actual desktop PCs for general use. Some Corel Draw, some Photo editing, CAD, things like that. No gaming.

All three PCs can be identical to the Blue Iris machine to begin with.

I will then outfit/upgrade each PC with different SSDs and physical HDDs, RAM, etc., as/if necessary, to optimize them all for their intended uses.

I'm just fishing for any current good deals you kind folks have seen on EBAY. I have always had great luck with refurbished Win10 Pro business PCs from EBAY.

Might look at the Dell Refurbished site too. Some good deals at times,

Nothing extraordinary that I see right now. i5-6500, 4-8 GB, 500GB, a few with SSD for ~$200-$250 after discount. i7s for a little more.
