Need Neutral/Generic Firmware Update for IPC-HDBW5541R-ASE (Stuck on V2.840 / Package Invalid Error)

Hi everyone,
I am facing a persistent regional/vendor firmware lock issue on a batch of 6 Dahua cameras and desperately need the proper upgrade path, custom bridge files, or a link to a Neutral/Generic (unbranded) firmware.
The Context:
I placed a large bulk order from a supplier to deploy on a high-end system. All cameras arrived at the exact same time and came in identical, official Dahua retail boxes. However, because of the high quantity ordered at once, the supplier mixed stock from two different manufacturing generations.

Batch A (New Gen / Successful): Updated perfectly to the V3.142 ecosystem and show up in my system as DH-IPC-HDBW5541R-ASE. Their Serial Numbers all start with the 9C... and 9D... prefixes.
Batch B (Old Gen / The Problem): These 6 cameras completely lack the "DH-" prefix in the Web UI and just show up as IPC-HDBW5541R-ASE (Dahua logo is fully visible in the corner, so they are original, but they are clearly Overseas/Generic channel variants). Their Serial Numbers all start with the 8L... prefix.

The Error:
Whenever I try to update Batch B (the 8L... series) via the Web UI, official Dahua ConfigTool, or through the NVR upgrade menu, the process immediately aborts with the error: "Update package invalid and update failed" (or "Upgrade failed").
I have already tried flashing the official DH_IPC-HX5XXX... packages for both the Riemann and Volt platforms (including the V2.840 Volt firmware and V3.142 Riemann firmware), but the camera’s internal Mainboard ID rejects them instantly due to the vendor/signature mismatch.
My Central Recording System Specs:

NVR System Version: V5.001.0000000.2.R (Build Date: 31-03-2026 / Dahua OS 5.0)
Security Baseline Version: V2.4
Management Software: DSS / SmartPSS Lite (Version V8.004.0000000.0.R with Fix Pack 20250425)

Because the NVR is running the brand new Dahua OS 5.0 with Security Baseline V2.4, its strict encryption guidelines completely block any legacy batch modifications, forcing me to handle these 8L... cameras individually.

You just send one full SN No. of the cameras via DM, then i can check it out which firmware to use, why they send you old hardware cams and not the latest？
