Need a new POE splitter to power camera and separate IR

I installed a camera several years ago using a POE splitter to power it and an IR. Just recently, I noticed that camera is only running at 10 mbps instead of 100 mbps. I've reset the camera and POE switch to that camera multiple times, but the issue remains. I'm left thinking the old POE splitter is the problem.

Like I said, it's been several years since I installed this camera, what's the best POE splitter these days for this purpose? Thanks!

I've been using these with no issues. They go up to 18W which is decent for the price. 24W (2A @ 12V) units get expensive.
