Need a little insight finding a security system

Looking for

Nvr
-1tb or 2tb
- Poe ports
- 8 ch
- app viewing without lengthy setup time is very short
- no monthly subscription
- notifications and motion detection a plus

Dome camera - hurricane /high wind area
- need at least 4
- 2mp prefer 4mp
- microphone
- night vision 50ft max mostly 20-30ft

Under $700 will consider a better system for a lil more if comes down to it or 3 cameras instead of 4 for now I do understand there are better systems out there one day I would like to have one for right now just looking for best bang for the buck budget system that will get me to 4mp performance or excellent 2mp performance only have 40ft out in front of house and about 50 outback that need to cover

If there is a residential system that can do this on sale/good price with possibility to upgrade cameras to brands such as hik/dahua I will consider I hear that laview uses hikvision rebranded is this true if so has anybody used laview and mobile app ? Want to know if app viewing is somewhat reliable...

Located in Florida if that matters at all tempature/humidity wise

Look for the Dahua OEM starlight IPC-HDW42xx turret as one of the cameras to compare.
Look at adding a PFA130E junction box to help keep the connections protected.

that is your first mistake...30fps is idiotic...
your second is using a dome...use a turret...night vision at 50ft, stop joking.
your third is preferring 4mp over 2mp
start reading the forum and wiki.

Okay what is wrong with 30fps?
I typed dome ment a turrent style (my mistake)....
As far as night vision goes just want to be able to make out figures at 50ft walking around with proper lighting I realise that clarity will only be usually within 20ft or closer...

As far as 2mp vs 4mp I've only notice a slight improvement for nightvision imaging and that would be with the starlight camera performance have watched several videos also watched same brand cameras 2mp vs 4mp at night and liked the 4mp quality about 75% of the time better...

That was just the list of what I was after on my budget after looking stuff up if there are other reasons for 2mp I am all ears trying to become familiar with this stuff.

Thank you. Think i walked through the notes at some point but reading so many sources and watching videos starts to get jumbled will go back over them when I get some time tonight.

You have obviously not see the Starlight comparisons. .
Everything is wrong with 30fps...was wa of resorcres...

I'm not an expert at by any means just trying to figure out the best system for what I'm trying to do like I said I'm all ears to learning what an expert opinion would be as far as a good starting point for a system...
