A feature that I always thought would be awesome is a redundancy feature for the AI server, failover basically or even load balancing.
To have 2 or more options of AI server addresses in the global settings instead of just 1.
You could have CPAI or Blue Onyx on other servers as a failover/load balancing.
I've often had CPAI on another server and pointed the AI to that.
Guess this would be a big amount of work for Ken
