Motion and Object Detection softwares for your NVRs

Been a constant lurker around here. I built these and was using it for a while, but with how things are going, I am looking for ways to fund my projects, so I figure I'll try this. Trying to make this into a turn key solution for folks who don't want to tinker with more advance and complex stuff and don't mind the small price. Shameless plug, hoping to get the words out
