I tried to get in at $33.20 with a limit order but the order never filled.

Sent that to my brother, a banker here in South Dakota. He said they are not seeing this at all. Hmmmmm... That said-- SD never really had the "real estate bubble" bursting as I experienced in California at the time.
EDIT--- He just added-- "that bank must have a really shitty underwriting department"
