I just wanted to announce a deal I made with the State of Florida giving me exclusive access to all public beaches.

I will become incredibly rich charging the peasants a mere $1 per day for beach use.

You’ll just have to trust me

As I've said here for well over a year.

But some of the cult members who eat crayons insist that because their deranged King keeps yelling about interest rates needing to be low, that must be the problem.

Somewhere in a parallel universe there are people who actually think with their brains and don't have Trump's dick in their mouth getting in the way of plain logic and math.

High rates do effect .Gov’s ability to print more money. They don’t substantially keep people from buying homes, or cars, or most other major purchases.

Price does

Commodities and bond yields surging.

#GLD was at $424 last Thursday.
It dropped to under $400 Friday and I got crushed and sold at $413

48 hours ago it was $396

Do I buy back in now in pre-market?

Yesterday I put all my 401K to cash and submitted a rollover to Fidelity. Hopefully the market does not have a rally and just stays flat or some downward movement so I can get back in when it is low. I was told it could take up to 4 weeks for rollover.

Unemployment came in as expected.

Market set to lift off today
