I took a small besting on oil (#XLE) yesterday. Dumb of me to buy back in given the political manipulation. Dumped at 10am today after watching the “peace” charade signals.

But I turned around and bought more #GLD which has been good to me the past 3 weeks.

I may not have enough …?

Like gas it seems to vary widely by region and up and down frequently, although not as much as gas.

Last week I bought a 2.0 lb. family pack of ground round, not regular beef or chuck, for $5.49/ lb. !!!
